Survey about genetic testing
Vigil Neuroscience, a biotechnology company researching potential treatments for ALSP, is engaging with the ALSP patient community, caregivers, advocacy groups, and healthcare providers to better understand the needs of community members. Open Health is an independent company engaged by Vigil Neuroscience to conduct a survey to understand behaviors and attitudes towards genetic testing for ALSP in the community. Results from this survey will be integrated by Open Health to help inform Vigil Neuroscience’s research and help with ALSP disease awareness activities. Vigil Neuroscience is interested in hearing both the perspective and personal experience of individuals who have pursued genetic testing and those who have not yet done so, including those who do not plan to test.
